From Here Forward is more than a fundraising campaign, it’s a rally cry of opportunity, transformation, and potential. We recognize that we start here, in our community, in our neighborhoods, in our current club, and we move confidently towards the future. Here, our young people have big dreams. They have the passion and drive to make a big impact. They are the future of our workforce, our community, our world. And it’s up to us to provide a safe space for them to realize their full potential.

A 21st Century Club
The new Club will be constructed on the 3.5-acre plot where the current Club is located, providing Dayton youth with uninterrupted access to crucial services throughout construction in a satellite location. The vision for our new Club includes 34,000 square feet of traditional Club facilities, and a 7,000-square-foot Life & Workforce Readiness Center-the first after school center of its kind in Dayton, Ohio.

At the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton, our new Life & Workforce Readiness Center is designed to empower teens with the skills, certifications, and confidence they need to succeed in the careers of tomorrow. This state-of-the-art facility will provide our youth with unique opportunities to explore diverse career pathways, earn certifications, and gain hands-on experience in fields such as health sciences, hospitality management, digital transformation, traditional trades, college preparation, and military readiness.
